On the 5th of February 2017, Sunday, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) together with the Sri Lankan Tamil Refugees Organisation of Malaysia (STROM) collaboratively organized an annual get together to bring about more synergy and co-creativity with the registered Sri Lankan Tamil refugees now residing in Kuala Lumpur. This memorable event was held at the Brickfields Asia College (BAC) KL Campus, a location fully sponsored by the Make It Right Movement (MIRM). Nearly 200 individuals joined in the celebration which started at 1pm. They were entertained throughout the day with inspiring and engaging activities. There were dance and music performances and a fun colouring competition for children.
