Women of Will: Women of Will Advanced Skills Program- Module 3 Advanced Marketing Strategies
Women of Will (WOW) organised their third of six instalment of Advanced Skills Program for women in business on Advanced Marketing Strategies. This module introduces entrepreneurs with the latest and most effective marketing models and strategies in effectively managing their business/enterprise. The trainers from WOW introduced the benefits of having a ‘marketing strategy’ in a company. Some of it being the key brand messaging, data on target customer demographics, and other high-level elements. Then, they presented numerous presentations and slides with day to day examples of a marketing strategies for an overall business game plan on how to reach prospective consumers and turn them into customers of the products and services the business provides. This complimentary program took place at the PJ Campus of Brickfields Asia College. It was attended by 26 selected B40 women from PPRT Lembah Subang. The objective of organising the training program is to help entrepreneurs practice the marketing models and theories shared to improve customer reach and monetary rewards. The Make it Right Movement sponsored the venue and assisted in the arrangement of the training room facilities. The venue and arrangement of facilities was supported by The Make It Right Movement (MIRM). WOW is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) that aims to transform the lives of less-fortunate women in Malaysia and their communities. These women are single mothers, widows, abandoned or abused women and women with incapacitated husbands living in poverty.
