Women of Will: Women of Will Advanced Skills Program- Module 2 Business Reengineering
Women of Will (WOW) organised their second of six instalment of Advanced Skills Program for women in business on Business Reengineering.
The 2 topics discussed were on Design Thinking and Business Model Canvas. Design Thinking is a methodology with a new approach in developing and enhancing products and services based on a set of tools in line with its vision. Meanwhile the Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a strategic management tool used to communicate a business idea or concept in a quicker approach.
This complimentary program took place at the PJ Campus of Brickfields Asia College. It was attended by 20 selected B40 women from PPRT Lembah Subang.
The participants learnt how to improve processes and dynamics, both within the team and in their relationship with the client. It offers integral solutions that take users into consideration, delivering more value to their businesses. It allows the participants to get a better understanding of their current business and to go through the process of making connections between what their business idea is and how to make it into a reality.
The venue was supported by The Make It Right Movement (MIRM).
WOW is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) that aims to transform the lives of less-fortunate women in Malaysia and their communities. These women are single mothers, widows, abandoned or abused women and women with incapacitated husbands living in poverty.
